The Digital Europe 2023 Face2Face Brokerage event was set up to enable participants to network beyond the event.
How does it work?
Almost exactly, as the live event.
- Pre-set meeting schedules: Up until 16 June 2023 applicants can still indicate their availability for online meetings (3 per hour), so it remains easy to set up meetings at times other participants are available.
- Ad hoc meetings: after this date, up until the first call deadline, participants can request meetings, by suggesting a date, time and duration
How can you participate or opt out?
- Pre-set meeting schedules: Up until 16 June 2023, message others or request a meeting at times the system indicates you are both available (be sure to set your availability).
- Ad hoc meetings: by default each registered participant will be indicated as available, and can receive meeting requests. If you prefer to opt out of long term networking, please visit your meetings page, and uncheck availability for long term meeting requests
